Wide Recessed LED Plasterboard Profile with Multi-Optics and 10.5mm PCB Compatibility for Architectural Linear Lighting

The K147 is a wide-body recessed LED plasterboard profile built for projects where a thin decorative line isn't enough — the LED itself has to carry real lighting load. It accepts LED strips up to 10.5 mm wide and pairs a substantial aluminum housing with a full range of optical covers, giving specifiers one platform for both ambient and task-level linear lighting.

The extrusion is made from high-grade aluminum alloy, finished in either anodized or spray-coated surface treatment depending on the order. A deeper and wider internal body means more metal in contact with the ceiling structure, which directly translates into steadier thermal performance — less lumen depreciation, slower color drift, and a strip that keeps its output year after year. Three body finishes are offered — Silver, Black, and White — so the profile can either blend quietly into the gypsum ceiling or stand out as a deliberate design line.

What makes the K147 genuinely flexible is its four-option optical system. A standard PC diffuser delivers soft, even wash; a plastic honeycomb cover cuts down on direct glare in visual-comfort-sensitive rooms; an aluminum honeycomb cover adds further thermal and optical stability; and a grille/louver cover shapes the beam into a controlled downward distribution. That range lets a single SKU serve offices, retail, and hospitality without re-specing the whole channel.
