Step1 After drawing according to customer's requirement and confirming the drawing to the customer, use the drawing software creo5.0 to draw 3D and check the rationality of the product structure.

Step2 Proof of the drawn 3D drawing through a 3D printer, assemble the main points of the structure, and understand whether the performance of the structure has a bad image.

Step3 After the 3D printed samples are confirmed to be correct, the specifications of the relevant parts are made with CAD and distributed to the relevant departments.

Step4 Send the specifications of the parts to the production department to open the mold to make samples. After the sample is ready, send the sample to the engineer for verification.

Step5 Refer to the product specifications for accurate inspection of the samples, and debug the functions of each sample assembly. In the process of installation, the samples with incorrect data are found to be modified, and the production department is notified for improvement. After the improvement, the second sample inspection will be carried out until the sample is qualified.

Step6 For the confirmed samples, notify the production department that there is no problem with the samples and mass production is possible. When the goods to be mass-produced are delivered, the mass-produced goods will be spot-checked and tested again. Prevent problems with shipped products.
